    • Please contact us with your Order ID number and we will issue you a refund and provide you with our return mailing address. 

    How do I get a replacement case?

    • Please contact us with your Order ID number and a photo of your damaged case and we will send you a replacement right away. 

    I received the wrong item, what should I do? 

    • We check each shipment carefully but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your Order ID number and we will send you the correct item. 

    What does your warranty cover? 

    • Our one-year replacement warranty offers a replacement case for any defective case up to one year from date of purchase. 


    Can I change my shipping address? 

    Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID number and we will attempt to stop or cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped out, you can request USPS to “hold” or “forward” your package to another address.

    Where is my Order ID? 

    • Your Order ID can be found on your order confirmation email. 

    How can I track my order? 

    • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can track your order via (USPS) 

    How do I cancel my order? 

    • Please contact customer service with your Order ID number. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped out. 

    What if I receive a defective or damaged item? 

    • If your item is defective or was damaged in transit, please take a photo and contact us right away. We will send you a replacement right away.
